Who you would be working with

A small operator that runs a real book of business

Next Wave Selling LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company, established 2026. We retail premium beauty, personal care, and automotive care products online, today mostly through Amazon and increasingly direct through this site.

That marketplace volume is what taught us the operational side of retail: demand forecasting, lot dating, returns handling, and the difference between a product that sells once and one customers reorder. It also showed us how much damage an unauthorized seller can do to a brand, which is why our sourcing position is what it is.

We are deliberately small in the number of brands we carry. We would rather represent a short list properly than add lines we cannot merchandise, support, and defend.

What we commit to

Brand integrity, in specifics

Every brand has been burned by an online seller. These are the commitments we are willing to put in an agreement rather than just claim on a website.

Authorized supply, documented

We buy direct from the brand or from a named authorized distributor. We keep the paper trail and we will produce it on request. If we cannot establish authorization for a line, we do not list it.

We respect your pricing policy

MAP and any stated pricing policy are followed on every channel we sell. If you find a listing out of policy, one email gets it corrected the same day, and we expect to be held to that.

Listings we actually maintain

Correct copy, current imagery, accurate formulation and size, honest dating. We update when you reformulate or repackage instead of running old content until it causes a complaint.

No diversion, no grey market

We do not sell to unauthorized resellers, we do not divert inventory, and we do not buy from sources we cannot name. Your distribution stays yours to control.

A named point of contact

One person owns the relationship and answers directly. No ticket queue between you and a decision about your own brand.

Built for the long term

We are not looking for a one-time buy on a closeout. We want a small number of brands we can grow with over years, and we would rather pass than take a line we cannot support properly.

Our standards

What has to be true before we list a product

The same four standards apply whether we are evaluating a new line or answering a brand asking how their product reached our shelf.

Authentic

Genuine product, every unit

Everything we list is genuine, current-formulation product in original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell tester units, decanted product, grey-market imports, or anything we cannot trace back to its source.

Responsibly Sourced

Authorized channels only

We buy direct from brands and from authorized distributors. Every line we carry has a paper trail from the manufacturer forward, and we can produce it on request.

Customer Approved

Proven with real buyers

We carry products that hold up after the sale. Repeat purchase rate, review sentiment, and return reasons decide whether a line stays in the assortment.

Backed by Trusted Suppliers

Relationships, not one-off buys

We work with a small number of suppliers we know by name, so inventory is consistent, provenance is clear, and a brand always knows exactly how its product reached our shelf.

How onboarding works

Four steps, no runaround

  1. Introduce the line

Send the form below with the brands you represent and the channels you authorize.

  2. We share our details

Entity documentation, resale certificate, channel plan, and how we intend to merchandise the line.

  3. Agree the terms

Authorization, pricing policy, territory, and any channel restrictions you want in writing.

  4. Open the account

First order, then a review cadence so you can see sell-through and how the listings perform.

Brand inquiry

Let’s talk about your line

Tell us what you represent and what you need from a retail partner. We answer within one business day, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
