Answers to the usual questions
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day go out the same day. Everything else ships the next business day. You get tracking as soon as the label is made.
What is the return policy?
Thirty days from delivery. If it is unused and in its packaging, send it back for a full refund. If something arrived damaged or wrong, tell us and we will fix it without making you ship it back first.
When is shipping free?
On any order over $75 inside the continental United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. If you are outside the US and want something, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Can I carry your products in my store?
Yes. That is the Wave Partners program. Send the wholesale form and we will come back with a line sheet and pricing.
